A spacious living area where the family reunites in the evening. A comfortable sofa, a large TV, and a fully equipped kitchen — a quality coffee machine, cooktop, dishwasher, and everything for cooking for the little ones. You'll cook here as comfortably as at home.
02A night without compromise
No sofa beds or bunk beds. A separate bedroom with comfortable beds and complete blackout — blackout curtains and blinds. Kids fall asleep in minutes after a day in the mountains, and you get the living room to yourselves in the evening.
03Service just like home
A spacious shower, toilet, and washer-dryer. Wash your wet gear from the slopes or a hike in the evening, and it's dry by morning. Invaluable with kids — you pack half as much.

A spacious terrace with a mountain view. Coffee in the quiet morning, games with the kids in the afternoon, a drink in the evening once they're asleep. A second living room in summer, a viewing lounge over snow-capped ridges in winter.

Adventures outside your door
The Dolní Morava ski resort is one of the most modern in Czechia — slopes for kids and advanced skiers alike, night skiing, and a ski school. Leave your gear in our ski room; the dryer takes care of wet boots overnight.
Individual and group lessons in skiing and snowboarding for kids and adults, including evening sessions. Instructors will even get you ready to race right in the resort.
Cross trail, jump trail, and fun trail for skiers and snowboarders who want to try jumps and obstacles. A great change of pace from classic runs for more advanced riders.
A 2.5-kilometre toboggan run lit up into the evening, suitable for all ages. We recommend goggles and a helmet — the bends really pick up speed.
Ski touring routes for daytime and evening ascents under your own power, with views over the snow-covered Králický Sněžník landscape. Gear rental is available right in the resort.
An approximately 40-minute ride across the slopes at dusk in a snowcat, usually departing at 4:30 PM. Capacity is limited, so book your ride in advance.
Over 50 km of groomed cross-country tracks around Dolní Morava for both classic and skate style, with views over the snow-covered Králický Sněžník landscape.
Year-round
A new wellness complex, open since January 2026, just about a 10-minute walk from the apartment. Across more than 7,400 m² it offers indoor and outdoor pools with a panoramic view of Králický Sněžník, a sauna world, and a kids' water park with slides.

The bedroom offers a double bed plus two more beds with full-size mattresses — no bunk beds or sofa beds. It comfortably sleeps up to 6, though it works best for 4 — typically parents with two children.
Yes, families with children are exactly who we had in mind. A travel cot, high chair, kids' dishware, and complete bedroom blackout are all available. Everything's free — just mention it when booking.
You get a reserved private parking spot right by the building, plus a lockable ski/bike room with e-bike charging available.

Yes, bed linens, towels, and the final cleaning are all included in the price. You just show up with your bags.
The booking deposit is non-refundable. If needed, though, you can send substitute guests in your place, or arrange a new date with us.
Check-in is from 4:00 PM on the agreed day; check-out is by 10:00 AM at the latest.
Pets aren't normally accommodated. Exceptions can sometimes be arranged directly with us on a case-by-case basis.
No, strict no-smoking rules apply throughout the building. Smokers have a designated outdoor area with an ashtray.
The nearest cable car is about 600 metres away. In winter season there's also a free shuttle running straight to the Sněžník / U Slona lift.
You pay the deposit at booking, with the remainder due before key handover. There's also a refundable damage deposit of 200 EUR / 5,000 CZK, which we return within 48 hours of departure provided everything's in order.
Right in Velká Morava (a part of the Dolní Morava area, a few minutes from the apartment) you'll find a Konzum grocery store — open Mon–Sat 7am–6pm, Sun 7am–12pm; outside those hours it runs as a 24/7 self-service shop via an app with bank ID login.
